Rental of Stage and Meeting Rooms
IBSEN Museum & Teater offers conference and meeting packages for both small and large groups, for half-day or full-day events. Wireless internet is available in the hall and meeting rooms.
We provide both ready-made rental and meeting packages, or fully customized solutions tailored to your specific event.
Agreement Structure
All events at our venue are custom packages, carefully planned together with the client.

Rental Contract
After a site visit and agreement on the package, a contract will be sent to the renter. Signed contracts must be returned within 14 days of the agreement, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
Theatre Stage / Hall
At the start of your event, a museum professional will welcome your group from the stage, introduce Henrik Ibsen and his legacy, and provide mandatory safety instructions, including emergency exits.
The stage is equipped with fixed conference lighting.
If you wish to have a dedicated technician to operate the lights, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing via email.
Cancellations made 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the rental date will incur 50% of the agreed rental fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged the full agreed amount, including catering and any technical fees, to cover lost work.
Companies are charged VAT on venue rental and catering.
VAT does not apply to guided tours, lectures, or presentations.
Payment
Invoices are sent after the event and will reflect the services agreed upon prior to the event date.
