On November 18, Abloom Film Festival, in collaboration with the Embassy of Portugal in Oslo, will bring together diplomats, international organizations, academics, and cultural actors for an international reception at the IBSEN Museum & Theater. The evening will be held in English and will explore how education can become inclusive and equitable for all children and young people – especially those with disabilities.
